Pet friendly lettings
Most ads do not say if pets are allowed. Many people have pets and need to know what the situation is and if there is any room for compromise, eg; a larger deposit.

Most agents will accept pets if you offer to pay a larger deposit. Some are quite draconian and will not consider it under any circumstances but this is down to the individual Landlord and their preferences. Your best option is to try and look at as many suitable properties as you can, but before making the appointment to view, be upfront and tell the agent about your pets and ask if anything can be done.
