If I don't have a contract permanent I can rent a house?

  • Hi Karina - if you are referring to a permanent employment contract, then this is not a prerequisite to renting a house. Steady employment (albeit temporary / part-time roles, for example) will be looked at favourably - provided you can demonstrate your payslips and other relevant documentation. If you can get a guarantor in place and obtain some employer references, that will certainly help. All the best.
