  • You could call up a few local agents as they may be able to help you on this. They will have local knowledge to help you regarding setting the right price, and advice on how to make your property look better to rent it faster. You could always try and advertise it on a number of sites and see how much interest you get. It could rent within a day or two of putting up and advert to doing a viewings, plus.

  • This will depend largely on the time of year, the agent you use and the price the property is marketed at. As an average I would expect a Tenant to locate a flat within 2 weeks of marketing a property to move in around 2 weeks from then. Therefore an approx turenaround of 4 weeks from going to market. Good luck!

  • In all honesty, how long is a piece of string? A good quality property, in an area of high demand, at the right price will be snapped up. If you want to rent it quickly, my advice would be to make sure the price is ultra competitive! You will have tenants biting your hand off for the property and little void. Maybe consider using an online agent, so the reduction in rent is offset by the low tenant find fees. We charge just £59+vat for our top package which includes advertising on Zoopla.
