  • Depends on the agent, but at least a sum of money equivalent to one months rent, if not a little more

  • As mentioned above it well mostly depend on the agent. However a landlord can certainly request a higher deposit. Generally the minimum amount a security deposit will be is one month's rent.

  • Hi, Usually deposits are the same price as the monthly rental however this could change depending upon your estate agents and therefore we would advise you to check this with them prior. Also it would be worthwhile to check any other additional fees that may be incurred such as holding deposits, admins fees etc and also if these are per person if you are sharing a property.
