How easy would it be to find a professional person to lodge 5 days a week and for them to go home at the weekends?

    The only way you would know would be to advertise your preference! There are certainly people who need this kind of set up, so it would not be a lost cause advertising. Obviously private ads would be your best bet, or perhaps write to a couple of the larger employees near your property, they may have people commuting at present who would need this option.
