Looking to rent but have bad credit
Me and my partner are looking to rent a property, he works full time and I'm a full time mom for our 2 children. Most agencies do a credit check and we both think we will fail as we have had problems in the past, is there any way or any companies that don't do checks?

Unless it's a private landlord through the newspaper chances are the answer is a no. Try a free credit report online before paying out for one through an agency.

Yeah, check your credit rating first, it might not be that bad. What about getting a guarantor? Or look for private rentals/landlords in local papers or online - gumtree etc

Yes, EZ Lease Rentals don't do credit checks. All they will ask from you is to show that you have at least $4000 monthly income and no criminal record. That's it! They will ask you to look for an apartment (yes it's your choice) then they will get you approved. Trust me, they will get you approved.
