  Your best bet is to speak to some local agents - just over the phone they should be able to tell you this information. Be sure to have nearby the details of the property i.e. how many bedrooms, what floor it's on, does it have parking, what condition it is in - be honest or you'll get an inaccurate figure. Next step would be to ask them to come and see it and give you a detailed valuation, however don't be browbeaten into signing up with an agency - take your time.
