Can my partner and I rent if job hunting?
Can my partner and I rent if we are moving up from the south and will be job hunting? I'm from Hartlepool been out of the area just 2 years, my partner is going to be made redundant so want to move back up near my family, we would be prepared to pay 6 months rent in advance while job hunting.

If you have 6 months advance rent then that's fine, you shouldn't have any problems in being accepted for a 6 months contract with a view to it being extended after the intial 6 months when you both have jobs. Good luck. Regards Mark
