  • Where the Universities are! Cathays and Roath - Cardiff Uni Cyncoed - Cardiff Met (although Cyncoed is expensive, so many students stay in the most student area above mentioned)

  • Whitchurch is well placed for the hospitals (Velindre and not far from UHW) as well as BBC in Llandaff. We've got our flat there and it's never not been let.

  • This depends on the rental yield you will accept and the quality of the tenant. Low end rentals to DSS give good returns because they will live in the less desireable areas. If you wnt a good area you will pay alot more initially for the property and therefore it will take longer to recoup your investment.
