    Where the Universities are! Cathays and Roath - Cardiff Uni Cyncoed - Cardiff Met (although Cyncoed is expensive, so many students stay in the most student area above mentioned)

    Whitchurch is well placed for the hospitals (Velindre and not far from UHW) as well as BBC in Llandaff. We've got our flat there and it's never not been let.
