Can my daughter act as a potential renter as my credit history is not too good?

Yes, although the agent will not like it if your daughter is not living there. An alternative would be to maybe pay 6 months rent in advance if you have it, for your daughter to act as a guarantor, or rent privately where an owner is unlikely to make a credit check. Hope this helps, ThePureGroup

Your daughter can act as a guarantor for you if you cannot pass credit checks. It is not advisable for a Landlord to have a contract in your daughters name without her living there. Check out our website to see if we have any suitable properties.
