When will property prices rise?

I rent my property out, it doesn't give as much as I would like. Really I want to sell it, but I want a higher price.

  • Property values and capital growth are specific to areas. You cant answer the question in general terms. Values increase because demand increases and is sustained. Generally we need to see the economy recover first.

  • When did you last have your property valued on what you could possibly achieve? I would be happy to organise this for you to see if we can make renting out your property more financially fulfilling.

  • Its the age old saying of supply and demand. Property prices vary according to how many other similar properties are currently available on the market and how many people are looking. At the moment, many people simply cannot afford to buy (higher deposits/ available finance etc).
