I want to put house for rent
But it's next door to a shop, will that rent easily or not? It's in Lowton area.

I would contact a letting agent in the area. A property being next to a shop shouldn't matter too much for the rental market. Best to speak to an agent who knows the area.

It varies greatly on the type of shop next door and the condition and size of the property as well as the price. Contact a local agent who will normally carry out a free no obligation valuation for you.
