Next door neighbours having ASBO's?

Should I have been told about my next door neighbours having ASBO's before I signed up to a letting agreement? They are making so much noise. I will have to move again.

  • Morally yes , however legally there is no obligation to inform you.

  • There is no legal obligation to tell you although as previously stated morally they should have. It is always best to survey the area yourself before committing to a tenancy. A night time visit to the area is always best as it is usually these times that any anti social behaviour becomes apparent.
