Active marketing of letting agents

If I sign a holding agreement for a rental property which states that the letting agent will not "actively market" the property does that mean it should be removed from display from websites and the shop window?

  • Hey Fozzie! Yes although sounds a bit suspect. What if a previous viewer came along? Does it hold the place for you or simply mean they take it of the net? - Jeff Djevdet

  • In my opinion you have already answered your own question. I have tried to find related information but was quite hard to find the relevant information. Your best bet is perhaps to go on landlord zone and ask this question there, since there are quite few property lawyers, someone might be able to help free.
