Rentable value for my property?

Please can you tell me how to work out the rentable value of my property. Jason

  • I would ask a local lettings agents, check on the "To Rent" tab at the top of Zoopla for your area as well.

  • Hi, you can always ask local gents who will normally carry out a free no obligation valuation for you. Alternatively, look at similar properties on the property portals for comparison prices.
