If a property advertisement says nothing about DSS or pets, is it safe to assume both are accepted by the letting agent?

  • Geoffrey .. you will need to ask my friend .. the agent that is. I would go in person, NOT over the phone .. trust me on that one.

  • You need to contact the agent direct as different landlords will specify different criteria
