What is the average price range you are looking to pay for bills each month with two people, in a 1 bed flat?

  When we lived in our first flat we lived on a fairly tight budget but bills still came to around £1000 inc food shopping mobile phones and some extras ie sky and broadband then rent on top (Essex) hope this helps.
