How much can I rent my house out for?
Westham, Weymouth dorset - 3 bed semi, huge garden with off road parking. Used to have a garage so has dropped kerb and double gates.

Without seeing it, it is difficult to be able to hazzard a guess I would suggest speaking to some local agents and getting them to do a rental valuation.

As previously mentioned, talk to some agents and get an idea. Also look at the major online portals. Even getting a quote from a letting agent does not mean you are committed to using them Some landlords prefer to manage the rental themselves - not surprising when a letting agent can take up to 10% of your yearly rental income through fees. Its nearly impossible to get a property listed on Right Move etc if you are not an agent. If you do, it will cost about £50 + VAT. Try listing on lovemypad.com - visit the website and see for yourself, free for landlords, avoid all the agency fees (both landlord & tenant) and more. Get a local letting agent to give you a valuation and then list it on lovemypad - save yourself money and take control!
