Hi, I am starting a new job next week and was made bankrupt in June and I need to find a 1 bedroom flat
I am starting a new job next week and currently staying with a friend, I was made bankrupt in June. I have some money for the deposit, can anyone help?

Unfortunately most landlords either require a credit search or rent guarantee scheme - we at Harringtons also require a guarantor home owner so I hope this helps.

Hi trev55, Not all Letting Agents carry out credit checks on tenants. If you are able to provide a guarantor this surpasses the need for references. As an agency we always ask for a guarantor instead of asking for references and may therefore be able to help you find a place to live.
