Tenancy deposit scheme
If tenant remains on rolling contract after 6 months, is it obligatory to pay another fee to agent for continuing the tenancy deposit?

You shouldn't have to pay another fee, but it will depend on what is in the small print of the contract you signed. Do you have a copy of the contract?

In most cases, no. The deposit should be protected by the DPS or similar scheme indefinitely until instructed to release. As mentioned, check your contract and contact the company responsible for protecting your deposit - the sooner you gather this information the better.

In most cases not. The tenant may be charge a renewal fee but not the landlord. Check your contract. If it is not stated in there then you do not need to pay this fee
