Renting, furnished or unfurnished?
I have a 2 bedroom flat in Edinburgh. Is it better to rent it out furnished or unfurnished? Thanks in advance.

It's entirely up to you, most people have their own furniture but you will probably find if you leave bed frames and a sofa it may go quicker but I wouldn't buy them especially as you will get the same rent without them. Thanks
