When you rent your property, do you rent by the day, week, month, or year?

How much does the agent take in fees? Do you need an agent at all?

  • Usually properties are rented by the month, although the shortest contract is usually 6 months. Some rentals are advertised with the weekly amount, but most landlords take monthly payments. Estate agents fees vary, you can also rent property privately. Hope this helps.

  • Hi, When renting it is common that the rental is split per month however some agents do have weekly rental payments and can arrange other payment methods for their tenants.
