Unfurnished properties, all the ones advertised seem to be furnished.

  • Sometimes landlords want to let properties fully furnished as this may be the only property they have, maybe it was their own home and they have relocated. A solution to this is to ask the agent or the landlord directly (if a private let) if they would consider letting the property unfurnished maybe even offering them a small increase on the rental to cover the storage cost. Most landlords are very accomodating as an empty property is earning no money. Always ask the question, you never know.

  • There is a lack of supply at the moment unfortunately. Make sure that you specify 'Un-furnished' on your search criteria.
