Are there any properties to let in the Fareham area that will take pets (2dogs)? I'm willing to pay monthly rent of approx £700.

  I am sure there will be but I suggest you look at the private adverts in the local paper but if you do register via an agent then I suggest you are honest and you never know you may get a positive response!!

  I would suggest you use property portals like Zoopla to find appropriate properties, you can then contact agents to assess which will allow dogs.

  I would recommend that you register with all the local agents as it really depends on the preferences of the individual landlords. One thing that might help is to write your pets a CV. Have a look at the website below for ideas.

  I suggest you sign up with the local agents and let them know straight away that you have pets. Not all landlords are against it.

  Hello, we are just upgrading our bungalow to high specification to rent out. It has 2 double bedrooms large hallway, large living room, newly fitted kitchen, newly decorated bedrooms and modern newly fitted bathroom with shower. There is an enclosed back garden that runs approx: 30 feet by 20 feet. The front of the bungalow has room for parking with garage. We will be renting out our property within the next few months.
