How do I work out the rental value of my property?

  • Hi there, the best way to get an accurate rental valuation is to ask for a local respected agent to give you a free no obligation valuation. However, if you are not keen to do this, then I would suggest researching properties similar to yours on property websites. Things to pay attention to are - unfurnished/furnished, proximity to schools/transport/shops, age and condition of property and parking, Many thanks Kelly
