  • Yes this is possible, however you will see that many agents/landlords now stipulate 'no DSS' as the insurers of the property will not allow tenants to live at the property who are in receipt of housing benefit.

  • Hi yes you can rent, however most agents will ask for a guarantor to ensure the rent is paid in full if you are unable to. If you would like any further advice let us know. Thanks.
