  I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are . You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.

  Generally there is nothing like safe area, in London. But relatively speaking the whole of Harrow Borough is among the safer boroughs of London. Within harrow, Kenton, Kingsbury, Stanmore, Pinner, Hatch End would fall in the top considerations for any movers. Hope this helps, if any more question do contact us (google albertgrace) cheers.
