Advice for buying to let
I am thinking to buy 1-bed flat in E3 area for investment purpose. What is the demand like? Can I find a tenant easily?

The best thing for you to do is contact your local letting agents, and ask them what the rental demand is for this type of property in that particular area. There is generally a high rental demand, however it's always best to make sure, especially as an investment.
