Management fees for rentals

Could you please tell me, what is the average % management for renting a flat out?

  Management on its own is between 5 and 6 % so with a combined letting fee, you are looking to pay anywhere from 13 -16% plus VAT. I would recommend you only use ARLA registered agents.
