Is the rent price per person or overall for the month?

  • It's for the property not the tenants. Usually it does not include any services unless specified. Cost for referencing might vary according to the number of tenants in the property but the rent remains the same.   • Hi, Usually it is always stated as per calender month (pcm) which will be the overall property (e.g. £1000pcm would be 500 bnetween 2 people sharing) however it is not uncommon for some estate agents to mark down as per week or per person, w would suggest querying this with the agent however if the listing does say PCM then we would say that this is the overall cost for the property alone and not related to how many people.
