How to post an ad for Property to let on Zoopla

I would like to post an advertisement for a few properties to be let. Can I post ads on Zoopla myself or Will I have to pay for it and you add it for me? Thank you in advance.

  • Hi, In order to advertise on Zoopla you must list you property with an estate agent as the property portal is only open to advertisements from registered estate agents. You can search for local agents who list on Zoopla using the "find agents" tab to the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • Hi. You can't advertise on zoopla without an agent unfortunately. If you are looking for a low cost option that gives you control of your property, such as meeting prospective tenants and choosing who to let to, why not consider an online letting agent? Please feel free to contact me for more information. Best wishes, Eleanor, The Online Letting Agents

  • Hi. You can only advertise on Zoopla through a third party - i.e., a letting agent. If you would like to meet your prospective tenants and take a more "hands on" approach to your rental, perhaps you might like to consider an online letting agent. Feel free to call me to chat further. Kind regards, Eleanor, The Online Letting Agents 03300 883973
