How many tenants contact agents on a weekly basis not including property portals i.e walk ins, web search or telephone directory.

On a weekly basis how many times would a typical letting agent be contacted by tenants looking for a property where the the agent did not have a property at that time? These tenants have not come through property portals but used other methods such as telephone directory, walking into the agents office or using a web search and finding the agent on the web

  • Each Estate Agent's statistics would differ. However, in our case we find most our tenants through portals. Depending on our property stock at the time would dictate how many tenant applications we received.
