Parking charges and council tax?

How much are the parking charges if it isn't included in the rent? And roughly how much is the council tax for this area?

  • You can get a parking permit from Westminster Council if you are a resident, the parking zones are very wide in westminster, for example Zone B which spreads from Notting Hill W2 (Westbourne Park / Westbourner Grove area) bordered by Ledbury Road to the west, east to Lancaster Gate, North to the Westaway and South to Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens. So you can park more or less anywhere in this area as a resident with a current parking permit. They cost aroun £100 per year. Council Tax in Westminster is pretty much the lowest in London, but the services are at the top end (e.g. four waste collections a day from communal bins, excellent fitness and leisure facilities. London's oldest Spa and Turkish Baths, cinemas etc. at a discount to residents).
