Firstly a deposit and first month’s rent, the amount will depend on the property type and location. Then its simply a case of filling out the appropriate paperwork requested by the landlord or letting agent.

You will be asked to pay around 1 months rent in advance, along with a deposit of around 6 weeks, you will also be referenced, and will be charged for this. When speaking to an agency, it will be beneficial to you if you ask for a break down of all fees, along with their requirements of passing referencing. Be sure to read through the tenancy agreement carefully also!!
