I would like to know if it is possible to rent without a deposit?

Most landlords will not consider renting to a tenant without a deposit, the local council may assist you in raising a deposit if you are eligible. Alternatively there are some social housing organisations that may be able to provide you accommodation without a deposit.

Yes it's certainly possible but much more likely from a private landlord who may be negotiable...
