  • Hello, Have a look at our guide on how to value the rental value of your property. When it comes to finding tenants, please also look at our tenant find service, which is a comprehensive package for just £59+vat.

  • Hi Pewak, In terms of rental charges for your property, you can make use of the facilities here on the website at Zoopla to give you an indicator of what you might be able to bring in in terms of income. Open up the page entitled area stats by looking at the top of this site and clicking the tab that says "sold prices". This will bring up a list of different statistics. Alternatively, click the link below. On that page you will see a range of different statistics and figures, but if you scroll down, you will see that the average rent for a range of different property types in your area have been calculated. Obviously, it will be largely dependent on the state of your home and a range of other factors such as whether it is furnished. However, this can still act as a good starting point for working out what you can charge. Many thanks, Scott
