How much rental income could I expect?

My current tenant is moving out. What demand is there for the L6 area and how much rent could be asked for?

  • Hi ramhead, You can actually check out current rents in that area here on Zoopla's website. If you type your area code or town into our search bar you'll be shown a set of statistics that summarise the area. There's a tab towards the bottom that shows the average rents for different kinds of properties. You can check out what a home like yours might get, or use our portal to find other houses on your street and get an idea that way. The page for L6 is in the link below. Many thanks, Dan
