What would the rental price be?

Family are looking to re-locate to Livingston, what rent can they expect to pay for a 3 bedroom property in a nice quiet area with a safe garden? What are the better areas to live in?

  Due to not knowing the area and living in Swansea I am unable to help you with the areas part of your question, but from experience and looking at the property details for the 3 bed properties currently available I would suggest a £650 pcm rental is to be expected. Check out sites like rightmove to see what is available. By reading the descriptions you should get an idea of what the areas are like.

  Contacting the local council would be adviseable as they would know of the latest crime statistics etc for your peace of mind. Good luck
