Hi, does anyone know of any landlords/estate agents accepting dss in Kensington and Chelsea?

I am looking to rent a 2 bed flat anywhere in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, or possibly also the boroughs of Westminster and Lambeth. I'll be receiving local housing allowance (housing benefit) and the other person, my friend will be paying normally. Together we can afford between £240-£300 a week. Thanks in advance.
