I don't have a secured job, can I still get a flat?

I'm planning moving to London in December and getting a flat with my sister however I am still working in Aberdeen and don't have a secured job as yet in London. I have been saving and have enough for a few months rent though and plan on finding a job as soon as I am based in London. My sister who I will be living with has a secured job. What are chances of us securing a flat based on this?
