Renting direct from landlords?
I want to rent direct from the landlords.

Check out local papers and free ad sites for properties. Although the rent might be a bit cheaper you are risking getting a dodgy landlord, so make sure that the property is in good condition (repairs are done) before you move in. Also, make sure that you get a proper contract - read it - and check that your deposit is protected. By law your deposit has to be passed on to a third party within a couple of weeks and you must be told of this.

Visit a site called rentdirectuk.co.uk, put what type of property you want to rent and where etc. its free and its good
