How do I search by whether or not pets are allowed?

It is up to the individual landlord. Some agents have a no pet policy as standard but they would always check with the landlord of the property if they would allow any pets. Your best option therefore is just to speak to the agents in your area and tell them you have pets. They may well have a list of Landlords that they know will accept tenants with pets and so can show you those specific properties, as not to waste each others time. Hope this helps.
