  • Rental property are being snapped up fast, so get friendly with the local letting agents, but as long as you have a deposit and good credit rating you will secure a property to rent.

  • Not necessarily so, being a firstimer is not a handicap but in many cases can be to your advantage. People with long history of bad credits and bad business processes, meaning not paying your rent on time or at all are at a lower disadvantage. Landlords are more interested in your credit history and more importantly your ability to pay. If you can prove you are able to pay, have a job and a good credit history landlords will almost be knocking at your door.
