Can I sublet flats in Beechcroft Court NW11?

Subletting flats is possible, however the best thing to do is to check the tenancy agreement that you have signed up to, also, to tell the landlord. The landlord would also need to check the head lease (if applicable) to see if you are allowed to do this. If you have a shorthold tenancy agreement, usually, you will not be able to sub let the apartment, because it would conflict the head lease. Best person to speak to would be your landlord.
