What does let agreed mean?

  • It means that somebody has agreed to rent the property, although they haven't moved in yet.

  • Hi, it means that someone has put down a deposit to secure a property and take it off the market but the let is not yet complete and the tenant has not moved in. Normally, a let will be agreed subject to a tenant passing references.
