  • It depends on your needs, an unfurnished property can be cheaper, but you will need to furnish it.

  • This depends upon individual circumstances. Rental furniture is vey handy in some situations but not required in others. It is wrong to suggest either is better.

  • As above, make sure an inventory is done and anything to be rid of is signed off, you retain a copy of this

  • It's up to you and what you require! If you have furniture then get unfurnished, the only problem is any damages to the landlords furniture will come out of your deposit.
