How long do you need to be working before renting? I heard it was 3 month

I'm not sure how long you need to have been working, I think it depends more on whether you can provide good references and show that you can afford the rent and pay deposit. Each landlord or rental agency can have different criteria’s, you should check with each one for what is required.

It depends on the agent or landlord here at Harringtons the length of time does not matter as long as you have a UK homeowner as a guarantor but other agents could want proof that you have been in your current job for 6 months and some won't ask at all! Call agents in the area and check!
