Hiya, how much should I charge for renting my 2 double bedroom flat in W9/ Maida Hill?

I've been living in one room & renting the other but thinking of moving out & renting whole place to couple/2 singles. Good condition (redecorated 4.5 years ago). Period raised ground floor flat, very tall ceilings, 1 bathroom, large sitting room, 550 sq ft approx.

  It would be best to get a couple of letting agents to value. You will be able to get a good idea of what you might achieve for your property by doing a Zoopla search for your area.
