Are there any properties to rent without a guarantor?

There will be many properties through private landlords or letting agencies that will not take guarantors and will either ask for rent in advance or credit checks.

Hi, I had this situation on my last let, as they needed to use a guarantor but they lived abroad so could not proceed. However, the landlord liked them and we ended up agreeing a let with 2 months rent in advance, a larger deposit and a 6 month tenancy agreement. Hope this helps.
