How much are Agency fees?

  It depends on the agency we charge £150 flat rate fee per person, there is no other hidden charges and this includes vat. Check with the agency first.

  Agency fees vary - I'm still unsure why agency charge tenants for credit references and tenancy contracts, whenever I am renting one of my properties the agent charges me and says its for credit references & tenancy contracts. Is this a case of agencies double charging?
